Customer Service Representative

To cope with our continuous growth, we are looking for high caliber professionals to join our Imaging Division in our Hong Kong Corporate Office.
- Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
- Establish and improve repair center workflow, procedures and enhance KPI in the team
- Provide administrative support to the Service and Sales teams
- Manage sub-contractor or in-house technician
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in customer service, camera company will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, SAP is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Responsible, proactive, positive, good working attitude and team player
- Immediate available is highly preferred
