Customer Service Representative (Order Processing) (5-Day Work)

The incumbent reports to the Customer Service Manager, he/she is responsible for sales order entries and maintenance, shipment release and inventory management.
- Input sales order and arrange shipment
- Closely collaborate with Sales to maintain healthy level of inventory
- Handle pre-order and sample request
- Prepare sales forecast
- Diploma or above in any discipline with at least 2 years experience in sales co-ordination or customer service role
- Knowledge on semiconductor product with experience to provide on time delivery to customers and enhance customer satisfaction level are strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good time management skills and PC literacy on Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
