An exciting global medical management company is expanding their business and setting up a new regional office in Hong Kong. They currently provide services in over 80 countries around the world with a database of over 3000 medical specialists and 1,500 hospitals and medical centers.
- Answer in-bound calls in a professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries whether they arrive by email or phone
- Inputting relevant information of customer into the computer system
- Provide customers with information regarding company's services
- Process applications, forms and orders
- Handle and resolve customer complaints that fall within the responsibility of a customer service representative
- Degree Holder
- Call center Experience preferred
- Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability for problem solving
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Attention to details
- Be a Team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email and other relevant programs
