Native Japanese Speaking Customer Service Staff

We are looking for a native Japanese speaking customer service staff to answer emails and telephone calls in Japanese, and to perform other secretarial tasks as needed.
- Native Japanese speaker with good command of English
- 1-2 years related customer service experience preferred
- Immediate available in preferred
- Less experience will also be considered
- Self motivated, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Mature, organized and able to work under pressure
- Working Location: Tuen Mun
- Working Day: 5 days
