Customer Service Supervisor / Team leader (Call Center, Non-sales role)

- Leading a team of 15-20 Customer Service Executives to provide excellent services to privilege members
- Monitor, review and improve service quality of the team members through call monitoring and floor supervision
- Handle customer complaints escalated from team members
- Monitor traffic patterns and deploy manpower & resources appropriately
- Ensure proper implementation of new services and programmes
- Work closely with Deputy Call Centre Manager to improve process and service efficiency
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by Deputy Call Centre Manager
- Excellent customer service mindset and excellent communication skill
- At least 5 years relevant experience in customer, in which 2-3 years at supervisory level
- Strong leadership skills, detail-oriented and well-organized with good analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, and written English and Traditional Chinese
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Shift duty required, 5-day work per week
