- Report directly to Head of Learning & Development
- Coordinate and lead customer service team to achieve and sustain six-star service standard (hair removal centres and medical beauty aesthetic centre)
- Manage and handle customers’ feedback and complaints with professional manner and proactively follow up with related parties for service enhancement
- Design and deliver on-the-job training for teammates so as to ensure professional skills
- Formulate policies and set up standard operating procedures (SOP) for customer services management
- Keep checking the grooming standard of teammates
- Review and report customers' comments, service issues and business initiatives
- Work experiences in five-star hotels, hospitality, luxury retail, fine dining or related disciplines
- 5 years solid experience in customer service and complaints handling
- Customer-oriented with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in judgement, problem solving and decision-making
- Positive, self-motivated, patient, able to work independently under pressure
