- Perform frontline operations of prime commercial complex
- Provide services at Customer Services Counters
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Follow up and monitor tenants work orders
- Liaise with other departments and coordinate to provide the required services
- Shift duties may be required including Saturday/ Sunday/ Public Holidays
- Form 5 or above, OR 3 years experiences in customer services/facilities management/property management
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hands-on experience of MS Office application
- Good telephone manner and good communication skills
- Presentable, independent and self-initiative
- Attentive to details and be a good team player
- Working location in Shatin
