Our client is a Global IT Vendor, they are looking for a Call Center Customer Services Assistant to join their Deskside Support Team. He/ She will be responsible to handle incoming customer inquiry
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Handle incoming customer inquiry over the phone and escalate to technical team mate
- Willing to work on shift.
- Form 5 or above, Certificate/ Diploma in Computer is highly preferable
- 1 year working experience in Customer Service in Call Center
- Good Telephone Manner
- Good communication in Cantonese and English
- Fresh Gradate is welcome
Office Hour: Mon to Sun 9.00am - 9.00pm
Overnight Shift: 11.00pm-8.00am, Total working hours 49 hours per week
Willing to work on overnight shift for 2-3 days per month will be highly appreciated
