Customer Services Assistant / Customer Services Officer

- Providing customer service, administration and reception duties;
- Handling the centre daily operation;
- Leading the office tour and introduce our centre to potential clients with professional manner;
- Ensure the professional and quality services are provided to our clients according to our standards and procedures;
- Minimum 3 - 4 years' customer service or reception experience;
- Experience in working in hospitality or serviced office industry is an advantage;
- Good command of spoken & written English and can communicate in Mandarin;
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Candidates with more experience can be considered for the post of Customer Services Officer
