Customer Services Manager

- Manage, maintain and develop the quality procedures to increase the customer service quality.
- Ensure the staff follow proper procedures and best practices with productivity and work quality up to required standard.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Provide proactive follow up and excellent service to our customers.
- Provide feedback and reports to management about customer needs.
- Implement customer services related projects.
- University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in customer service environment of which 2 years in managerial level.
- Proven abilities in operational improvement, organizational planning and project management.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, self-initiated, detailed oriented and a good team player.
- Good leadership and problem solving skills.
- High proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Highly customer focused and results driven.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly using Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
