Customer Services Manager (Luxury Brand)

- Establish, implement, review oncustomer database, CS policy, guidelines and work flow
- Provide highest level of dedicated customer services to exceed customers’ expectations in a fast-paced working environment;
- Lead/Coach the CS and technical team on daily operations such as customer queries, complaints, repair and spare parts order processing
- Handle all kinds of customers’ requests tactfully by working closely with internal departments and factory
- Assist in the exhibitions in HK and overseas if required
- University graduate
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in retail and watch & jewelry industry
- Customer-focused and service-oriented with strong relationship management skills/mindset is important;
- Strongin communication and leadership
- Be able to motivate team members
- Fluency in Putonghua, English and Cantonese
- Proficient in Microsoft office
