To follow up renewal policies with premium up to the pre-defined limit
Cross sell other general insurance products during renewal
Handle general enquiries for simple general insurance products
Minimum 2 years’ call centre experience, with experience in customer services and general insurance products preferred
Strong customer service orientation, with good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
Knowledge in Commercial Lines products and handling policy renewal is a definite advantage
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
