Handling sales order and customer enquires
co-ordinate with the Sales Team on the customer order requirement
Liaise with Suppliers, warehouse and Sales team for goods delivery
Manage the daily order backlog report, weekly sales and RMA reports
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department
Support general business operation duties
- Secondary graduate or above
- 1 year relevant working experience
- Good computer skill including Chinese & English input, MS Applications e.g. Word, Excel
- Self-motivated person with good communication of Putonghua is a must
- Willing to learn and fast learner
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
