Our client is a well-known Financial Group in Hong Kong. they are currently inviting high-calibre to join call centre in Hong Kong
Job Responsibilities & Requirements :
- Responsible for providing quality customer services to local clients;
- Handle inbound customer call for enquiry and complaints;
- F.5 Certification / Diploma or above;
- 3-5 years of related experience in with hot-line or counter service;
- Good telephone manner &Customer-focus skill;
- Experience in financial institute is better such as IFA or Banking etc;
- Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills;
- Holder of IIQE certification is a great advantage;
- Good communication skill in Cantonese and fair English/ Mandarin.
- Senior Candidate will be considered as Senior Customer Services Representative.
