Our client is an MNC logistics forwarder service company and they are now looking for candidate for following position
- Responsible to report to Manager and oversee a team of Customer Service Executive to provide customer service to back office and hotline.
- Coach and provide guidance to CSE in order to drive the overall performance to assure the delivery of excellent customer services to client
- Maintain daily operations and provide quality policy & achieving the KPI
- Analyst and prepare statistical report and performance summaries.
- Handle customer complaints, claims, enquiries and internal department enquiries.
- Perform other ad hoc projects when assigned.
- Post-Secondary or above
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience with minimum 2 year supervisory experiences in call center / customer service fields
- Flexible, self-motivated, service-oriented and with good telephone manner.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates who had less experiences will consider as Customer Service Executive
