- Reporting to Directors of Customer Support, APAC
- Resolve and report on customer/vendor queries and problems
- Troubleshoot and quickly diagnose less complex problems
- +3 to 5 years in Customer Support role
- Knowledge of Networking- Routers, VPN, Firewalls
- Knowledge of Operating Systems- Linux, Windows, Unix, Red Hat
- Based in HK, Malaysia, Singapore or Tokyo
- MUST be fluent in English and Japanese.
