Plan, organize, direct and control the day-to-day operation of a team in Finance & Accounts Department and to coordinate with budget-holders on financial matters and budgetary control over the income and expenditure of the HKTDC’s operational activities
Supervise preparation of annual budget, monthly projection and quarterly closing with detailed analysis and commentary on key variances and identify any actions required
Develop management reports for budget-holders’ use
Ensure proper records and control procedures are maintained to safeguard the HKTDC’s assets
A qualified accountant with a recognised degree in Accounting or related disciplines
At least 12 years' relevant accounting experience in sizable organization with 7 years in supervisory role
Strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in both oral and written communications in English and Chinese essential
Proficient in computer skills, knowledge of Oracle or other ERP advantage
Remuneration and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be appointed on a two-year renewable contract basis. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including contract-end gratuity, annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
