A great opportunity to an exciting In-house ecommerce & digital team.
Our client is a U.S. based beauty brand with wide range of product portfolios - skincare, colour cosmetics and fragrance. In order to build and accelerate its eCommerce business development in China, they're now looking for someone who can lead its eCommerce development strategies and share the best digital practice for their brand.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will help to manage its own branded ecommerce site and 3rd party platforms for China market. You will identify and strategizes new business opportunities to drive sales growth with P&L responsibility. You will help to manage performance and growth of China ecommerce store, including logistics, inventory control, payment gateway, customer experience, digital marketing and budget planning. You will work closely with China operation team and regional marketing team to ensure operation work flow and digital brand marketing are aligned with company direction. You will also need to prepare regular and ad hoc projects.
The successful candidate will be degree educated in marketing, e-business, digital or a related discipline. You will have a minimum of 6 years in operating an e-platform in China market. Working experience with operating ecommerce in china marketplace is BIG plus. Ideal candidate should have an ability to manage various data sets and insights and reports. Excellent interpersonal skills with good command of English and Chinese.
