Major roles and responsibilities
- Plan, manage and execute all online and offline sales efforts across multiple channels; including the development and implementation of integrated e-commerce marketing campaigns designed to increase traffic, acquire new customers and achieve sales target.
- Define and implement innovative business strategies to improve brand awareness, customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Responsible for the country’s overall business plan, including budget forecasts and P&L.
- Analyze all key business drivers and recommend opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimizations leading to increased EBITDA.
- Lead and explore new business development, partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of our business growth.
- Manage country level marketing, operations, customer services, finance and HR, and conduct regular reviews to ensure all KPIs are met.
- Align with strategic management directives, cascade directions and work closely with department heads and staff to ensure departmental alignment, effectiveness and efficiency.
- Be a key leader in ensuring organizational health by promoting cross team collaboration and team building.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management and headquarters.
- Bachelor’s Degree in e-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Digital, Communications or related discipline
- At least 5 years of working experience in digital marketing/eCommerce with 2 years in supervisory role, preferably from retail or luxury industry
- Solid experience in strategic Consumer Marketing, Media and Communication in Digital and Social Media.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Good Knowledge of B2C online marketing, familiar with, SEO, SEM, PPC marketing, banner advertising, digital analytics, social media channels and campaign management will be an advantage.
- Strong business acumen and management leadership abilities.
- Strong numerical & analytical skills and computer literacy.
