- monitor and support of access network to resolve service issue;
- report network system errors;
- provide technical support and handle customers complaints;
- interdepartmental communication and technical support;
- ad hoc duties when necessary.
- diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunication or related disciplines;
- 2-year experience in telecommunication or computer network industry;
- good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- round-the-clock (24x7) shift duty is required.
Salary range: $12,000 - $15,000
