Responsible for overall operations including managing tenancy, customer services, cleaning and security. Manage on-site team to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients. Administering and coordinating all property management functions, maintaining excellent rapport with residents, and handling inquiries and complaints. Handle service requests and complaints and follow up on progress.
- Successful candidates will need to have the following criteria:
- Degree in property-related studies with more than 8 years’ experience in portfolio property management and at least 3 years’ of managerial level
- Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident and presentable
- Outgoing with initiative, able to work independently
