Perform administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments
Support the team for all aspects of projects & event management, includes preparing pre-production, drafting promotional materials, contacting clients and vendors, providing logistic and on-site support
Initiates, coordinates and/or participates in all efforts to publicize event
Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking and materials support.
Co-ordinate and organize marketing and PR activities
- University graduate in BBA related discipline preferred (final year students are also welcome to apply) OR
- Form 5 or above with 1 year working experience
- Ability to utilize hardware and software applications to produce a variety of type of documents (including Microsoft Office applications)
- Self-Motivated, Energetic, Hardworking and Good Social Communication Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skill
