Duties: The appointee will contribute to the Academic Administration Team of the College with a major focus on handling all matters related to student records, including students’ progression, deferral and resumption of study, tuition fee payment, preparation of enrolment statistics, organisation and arrangement of different events, such as Registration Day and book fairs. He / She will also provide secretarial support, liaison with internal and external parties, as well as performing other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4-5 years’ administrative experience in related disciplines. He / She should be detail-minded, independent, a good team member and able to work under pressure. Having strong organisational, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Officeand Chinese Word processing and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are required.
Terms of appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of contract. Medical and dental benefits, annual leave, and the use of sports and library facilities will be provided where applicable.
