- Provide high quality secretarial and personal support to Senior Management
- Handle wide spectrum of corporate and office administration duties, including procurement, liaise with suppliers and vendors, etc.
- Closely liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
- Excellent telephone manner, pleasant personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Higher Diploma or above, with at least 5 years’ experience working as Secretary to senior executives with formal secretarial training
- Experience in office administration.
- Positive attitude, good team work ethic , highly responsibility
- Mature, self-motivate, details minded and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Familiar with MS Office application including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Immediate available preferred
