Field Engineer Development Program
You will be introduced to Schindler’s business processes in the first phase of the program. In the second phase, you will receive classroom and on-the-job training to learn Schindler’s latest products and technology and acquire technical skills, learning from ground up.
Upon successful completion of 24 months on-the-job development, you will undergo further development as part of our technical resource succession planning to become a manager or technical expert.

- Engineering degree from reputable polytechnic or university (electrical/mechanical/mechatronic background preferred)
- Ability to read, write and speak in English
