Our client is a global order management system company. They are looking for an Application Support to support its rapid business expansion in Asia.
- First level support for client queries and issues via phone, IM and email
- Proactive interaction with client base in response to system events
- Monitoring of all trade transactions from initial Request to Execution and Settlement
- Monitoring of all internal/vendor processes and applications
- Troubleshoot technical queries and issues and escalate according to guidelines
- Train client base on system functionality across all product offerings
- Prepare weekly management reports and ad hoc reporting
- Honor strict confidentiality with assigned tasks
- Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to handle multiple projects
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- 3 – 5 years of FIX Application Support experience
- Practical first line support experience.
- Excellent application and system problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin.
- Reliable, fast learning with good attention to details.
- Good client management and interpersonal skills
