The Hong Kong Baptist University Kindergarten (HKBU-K), located on the University Campus, was established in 2000 as a self-financed university-affiliated kindergarten to facilitate learning, teaching and research in early childhood education. The HKBU-K, managed by the Early Childhood and Elementary Education Division (ECEED) of the School of Continuing Education (SCE), adopts play-based learning and values whole-child development for its 300 children studying in the morning/afternoon (Cantonese) and full-day bilingual (Cantonese and English) sessions.

The appointee is expected to provide clerical support in Kindergarten operation. Responsibilities include carrying out daily administrative duties, updating student records, handling phone enquiries, providing counter service, support in research project and general support in operation.
HKCEE with 5 passes including English Language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A / Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese Language (at least Level 2 from 2007), or at least 5 subjects attaining level 2 in HKDSEE including English Language and Chinese Language, or Yi Jin graduates;
Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience;
Able to work independently and be self-motivated;
Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
Proficient in MS Office applications (English and Chinese).
Possession of a diploma / higher diploma / associate degree is definitely an advantage. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in organizing events.
Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
