One of the most profitable and listed Chinese Property Developer ,whose major projects is luxury residential, is looking for GM-Sales to be responsible for the property sales in India, Indonesia and Thailand. The candidate with NO local experiences is also welcome but this position required to be stationed in the project city.
The candidates from Property Agencies are also welcome.
- Build local teams and integrate local real estate agencies, agents and other proper channels to complete the target of customer collection
- Take charge of brand promotion in target countries
- Complete the sales target of the company in target countries
- Formulate sales and marketing strategies, media transmission and promotion plans of the project
- Be responsible for the four indicators, namely sales completion rate, completion rate of contract signing, completion rate of payment collection, and utilization rate of selling expenses
- Provide team training to improve employees’ ability
- Take charge of onsite management and customer services
- Degree or above
- 10 years or above solid real estate sales experience in a property developer or a property consultancy with at least 3 years as a team leader.
- Good negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- Good at both written and spoken of English and Chinese (Mandarin)
