Global Compensation & Rewards Manager
Reporting to the Global HR Director
-Develop and implement global total compensation,benefits & reward strategies, incentive plan, policies, programs and processes to support business objectives and external competitiveness
-Provide professional compensation supporting the firm¡¦s ambitions and growing objectives in the region
-Manage annual compensation projects and initiatives (e.g. bonus recommendations, salary reviews, budgeting)
-Provide consultation and analytical expertise for effective total reward solutions across offices
-Prepare customized compensation analytics by offices/divisions based on business needs
-Bachelor Degree in HR or related discipline
-Minimum 8 years¡¦ experience in global/ regional compensation and benefits
-With exposure in total reward program design and implementation
-Excellent analytical and project management skills
-Detail-oriented and accurate with numbers
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Frequent travel may be required
-Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin is a
