Global Infrastructure Lead – Multinational Beauty Brand - HKD$40k-$50k + Bonus

Our client is a well-established beauty brand with over 500 stores around the globe.
They are currently looking for a Global Infrastructure Lead to help the brand build and head up their in-house infrastructure team, which was previously handled by their UK/US teams. Being a new headcount, the role offers exciting challenges for the successful candidate, who will report directly to the Global head of I.T. (also stationed in Hong Kong). You will be in responsible for hiring your team, manage ongoing projects and roll out procedures to other countries. You will also be responsible for the design and implementation of the company’s infrastructure.
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing offshore teams and vendors, overlooking APAC or even global projects, team building and monitoring and have previous experience in the retail/logistics industry.
- Degree holder in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline
- Knowledge in retail I.T. (both office and store support)
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Team building/hiring/monitoring
- Solid background in managing large scale projects across regions
- Extensive knowledge in infrastructure and IT operations
- Proactive, independent, detail minded and well organized
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
