We are currently helping our client, a Hong Kong headquartered company in search for an experienced Group Human Resources Director reporting to the CEO. This newly created role will drive the overall people strategy for the Group, lead and drive change management and be a trusted advisor to enable the Group to achieve its strategy and continuous growth plans. You will play a HR leadership role in driving new HR initiatives and projects as well as looking into streamlining their HR practices, policies and procedures
- You will be managing a HR team across different geographical locations within the Group and play a hands-on role in supporting the growth and development of the Group's business operations. You will lead and develop a high performing HR team for the Group for the management of day-to-day HR operations, as well as effective HR partnering to the leadership team. You are knowledgeable of employment legislation and best practice HR practices, policies and procedures
- You are a University graduate in Management or Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Management or related discipline. You have a minimum of 15 years of relevant HR experience, with at least the recent 5 years in HR leadership roles. Greater China exposure is a must. You are a change agent and you come with strong process change and project management experience. You have the ability to build relationships and have strong partnering skills, and willing to roll up your sleeves. You are fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. There will be some business travels required for the role
