An excellent opportunity for any experienced e-Commerce professionals to join a growing consumer healthcare products business in their first office in Greater China. This is a great opportunity for any candidates who are ambitious with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Our client is a consumer healthcare products manufacturer based in UK. As they have been experiencing continuous success in Europe and North American, they are now ready to launch their business in the Greater China region and are setting up their first regional office in Hong Kong. As they will be focusing on e-Commerce development, they are now looking for an experienced professional to take up the crucial position of Head of e-Commerce.
The Head of e-Commerce will report directly to the Global CEO based in the UK and will be responsible to launch and manage the full operation of the e-commerce business in Greater China on own e-Commerce platform and third party sites. You will have full P&L ownership and manage the entire project from strategic planning to execution, whilst defining metrics to measure the impact and success of e-commerce performance. You will work very closely with cross-functional teams globally to drive the development of business of all platforms, whilst establishing strategic partnerships with potential internal and external partners and other marketing campaigns to drive revenue. As the key driver of the new business in Hong Kong, you will also have the overall responsibility to ensure smooth office operation at all times.
You will be a degree-holder with at least 8-10 years of relevant working experience gained from B2C industries. Prior experience in setting up e-Commerce business from scratch and a proven track record of success would also be essential for this role. A strong marketing background with good business acumen will also be a key to excel. You should have an innovative, entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, however be willing to take on a hands-on approach as required. You will be confident in communicating in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), along with excellent interpersonal and people management skills. Prior experience in setting up businesses would be an advantage.
