- Assist with installation and configuration of computer systems
- Administer overall IT infrastructure, including servers, network and PCs of multiple sites
- Provide user support and perform troubleshooting
- Implement and ensure accurate asset control and security control
- Assist in planning and monitoring systems resources, utilization and performance
- Perform performance tuning and system backup and recovery
- Assist Team Manager in providing IT infrastructural consultancy and vendor management
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Office 365, Email support
- Basic understanding of set-up and configuration of Microsoft Windows systems
- Good interpersonal skill and a good team player
- Fresh graduates / students are also welcome
