- Degree holder in IT / EE / Maths / Marketing & related subjects
- Min. 1 year exp. in Help Desk / customer service support
- Able to drop down customers phone in enquiries and problems
- Passing the outstanding issues to 2nd level support team
- Good spoken English and fair Mandarin
- Good customer service manner
