Helpdesk Engineer / Deskside Engineer

- 1st and 2nd level call/email support and resolution to technical issues involving network connectivity, network resource access, desktop clients, standard and client’s applications, and hardware issues
- Managed/configured desktops, deployed applications/softwares and applied updates/patches using remote access
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Diploma or above in IT related disciplines
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of PC, Laptops, Printers troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007
- Strong knowledge of other application such us Remote Access Tools, Service Desk ticketing system (Remedy, HP Openview and others)
- Work in irregular hour / shift may be required
