- Handle incoming service requests, incidents and problems via phone, in person, remote control or email
- Provide first level support and remote troubleshooting for end users
- Record calls into the call logging system
- Follow up the calls’ status and coordinate with deskside engineers to solve the case
- Perform ad hoc IT support duties as assigned
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
- With 2 years IT experience in PC problem diagnosis and end users support
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- A good team player, customer-oriented and self-motivated
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking is an advantage
- Immediately available is preferred
- Willing to perform 7 x 24 shifts
