-Responsible for roster management, attendance checking& leave records maintenance
-Assist in daily HR operations, e.g. recruitment, staff orientation, staff records filing
-Provide support on general office administration tasks, such as staff uniform, office equipments maintenance and procurement, office consumables and stationeries ordering, etc.
-Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
-F.5 or above, Certificate holder in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or related discipline is an advantageous
-1 year' clerical experience preferably gained from retail industries
-Some knowledge on HK Labour Ordinance and other HR-related legislations
-Well organized, will to learn
-Good communication skill and good team player with positive working attitude
-Good in MS Excel, MS Word
-High sense of accuracy
-Immediately available is highly preferred
-On the job training will be provided
