- Provide a full spectrum HR and Administrative support to the office
- Responsible for day-to-day office administration duties, such as office supplies, courier arrangement, inventory control, facilities and equipment maintenance
- Handle interview schedule, maintain HR records and on boarding arrangement
- Maintain and update the database system & filing system
- Assist in organize staff activities and events.
- Perform Ad hoc duties as assigned
- High Diploma or above
- One year relevant working experience,
- Fresh graduate is also considered.
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is definitely an advantage
