- Provide support in full spectrum of HR function including recruitment process, salary and benefit administration, new hire orientation, and visa application, etc.
- Prepare and consolidate various HR reports for management and head office’s review
- Assist in staff compensation and performance evaluation, personnel data and leave record management
- Provide daily administrative support and any ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience gained from financial services industry
- Familiar with Labour Ordinance in Hong Kong
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
