-Provide full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions
-Responsible for manpower planning, payroll, taxation, recruitment, employment contract,
employee relationship, etc.
-Responsible for office administration, insurance, licence, leasing management, assets
maintenance, office supplies, etc.
-Prepare periodically reports and analysis to the management
-Provide policy advice and support to local and overseas operation team
-Handle contract agreement, tenancy agreement and legal documentation
-Handle trademarks registration, ad hoc projects or other duties as be assigned
-Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at managerial level
-Experience in sizable companies or retail industry is an advantage
-Well versed in HKLabour Ordinance, MPF Scheme Ordinance and other related legislations
-Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
-Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
-Mature, independent, flexible, proactive with sense of responsibility
-Less Experience will be considered as Assistant HR and Admin. Manager
-Immediately available is highly preferred
