HR & Administration Manager (Shenzhen Base)

Responsible for daily operation of HR and office administration, leading a small team:
- Oversee the HR Management functions, including recruitment, appointment and payroll of Shenzhen Office;
- Supervise various activities relating to office security and office administration, e.g. office renovation, relocation, procurement and supplies, housekeeping, maintenance and repair;
- Help to formulate, implement and review the strategies and policies for the HR and Administration functions, including review and update procedures/operating manuals and guidelines.
- Travel to Shenzhen frequently, might require to station there
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin. or related disciplines
- Hands on Knowledge of China labor Ordiance
- 5 years all-round HR and Administration experiences, with experience working in China is a must
- Detail oriented and can work independently.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese.
- Immediate available is preferred
