Hr and Admin Officer

- C&B duties including maintenance of staff attendance and leave records, prepare monthly payroll, MPF administration
- Recruitment duties including posting job advertisement, screening CV and inviting interview
- Maintain HR database and update staff profile in orderly and timely manner
- Coordinate with management in the implementations of HR policies, and make necessary amendments to ensure such policies are in alignment with local employment law
- Prepare employment contracts and relevant correspondence
- Preparing HR and Admin related announcements and reports when necessary
- Responsible for administrative duties such as general office administration, procurement & maintenance of office equipment and supplies,
- University graduate/Diploma in Business Administration, or Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 year relevant work experience
- Multi-tasking, self-motivated, proactive, fast learner and team player
- Good problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with PC/Window applications including Microsoft Words/Excel and Chinese word processing
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English;
- Good command of Putonghua an added advantage
