- all-round office administration, procurement, repair and maintenance, sourcing, contract negotiation of office supplies and equipment, printing, furniture, vehicle, air-conditioning, telephone, broadband, alarm and CCTV, IP phone for shops, office and warehouse.
- negotiation, renewal and claim of corporate insurance, contractors all risks and vehicle insurance.
- supervise a team of clerical staff members and cleaner, and supervise outsourced security and cleaning services and carry out contract renewal and negotiation.
- Assist the manager to supervise office and shop renovation / reinstatement projects.
- Carry out inventory management duties.
- Prepare various monthly reports to the Management.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
- Handle recruitment activities and ad-hoc projects.
- Support the implementation of HR and administrative procedures and policies.
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5-10 years’ relevant working experience in sizable company, experience in retail industry is a must.
- Hands-on experience in handling insurance policy is essential.
- Self-motivated, well-organized & willing to work under pressure;
- With good time management, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
- Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese.
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.
