Our Client, an corporation related of financial institutions, is looking for HR Director, for their office, the requirements are as follow:-
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:-
- Report to Director (expatriate);
- Degree or MBA holder + at least 10+ years of professional Human Resources role;
- Prefer candidate from sizable companies, financial institutions, professional firm or regional office, multi-national companies or equivalent;
- In-charge of human resources team; including all rounded human capital functions, budgeting, HR processes and policies, talent identification, performance appraisals & management, annual HR cyclical processes, improve employee engagement, compensation & benefits, structure, staff planning & headcount evaluation, etc;
- Strong in drive and lead a HR team to for day-to-day operations, oversight of various areas including C&B, L&D, payroll, recruitment, international mobility and etc;
- Review HR policies / benefits and enhance HR services deliver;
- Work closely with AP offices for HR issues;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent spoken & written of English Language;
- Professional, Independent and Smart.
