HR Office Support (Part Time - Staffing)

- Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment activities including candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement, phone screening and interview arrangement.
- Formulate recruitment report and oversee the hiring needs and recruitment channel.
- To support HR team in administrative work such as photo coping / preparation of related documents and materials.
- Data entry of employee information with high level of accuracy.
- Undertake various administrative work of HR system.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- NO HR-related experience is required.
- Studying HR or related degree / course is preferred.
- Able to work regularly Mondays to Fridays during 9am to 6pm (minimum 3 full days per week, preferably Wednesday to Friday).
- Able to execute accurately.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn and highly flexible.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
- Undergraduates are welcome.
- Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time
- Salary: $45/ hour
