Our client is a leading multinational investment bank and financial services provider with an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR professional to act as a business partner providing strategic and advisory HR support across the growing business.
A leading international banking and financial services provider, our client is a top-tier financial institution providing a wide range of services including commercial banking, corporate banking and private banking services amongst other key banking products and financial services.
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Relationship Manager will act as a business partner to support the expanding HR team in an all-rounded HR generalist role, ensuring the HR function supports the firm wide business strategy, values and objectives.

- Recruitment / Retention

- Talent Management
- Change Management
- Compensation & Benefits
- HR Project Management
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- HR generalist with at least 5 years HR experience within financial or professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of local employment law and common HR practice
- Strong understanding of HR business partner model with the ability to work closely with senior business stakeholders
- Good analytical thinking and logic reasoning
- Immediately available candidates preferred
