Implementation Consultant (Marketing Cloud)

The role is one of the first members of the post sales team to work with new clients in the implementation stage.
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transit new clients from the Sales process through provisioning, design and implementation of their new platform.
- Responsible for ensuring platform adoption and client confidence on Emarsys application.
- Provide technical guidance and training to the client.
- Support in the set up process as well as fully understanding clients’ application environment and data Provide insightful and effective design recommendations for integration.
- Collaborate internally to ensure customer experience is of the highest quality.
- Minimum 3 years client facing and project management experiences
- Holder of Bachelor Degree, majoring in Computer Science / Computer Engineering
- Project management qualification (e.g.: PMP Certificate) is preferred but not a must
- Understanding of database design and knowledge of web technologies
- Project management experience, particularly in Marketing / Solution Selling industry
- Knowledge of SaaS Technologies, Database marketing concepts including list segmentation, RFM and propensity modeling
