You will manage the assessment and qualifying processes for infrastructure maintenance staff in engineering control, in particular, performance monitoring and effective service recovery of critical signalling and telecom systems. You will conduct technical studies and propose strategies to enhance workforce’s readiness in meeting future challenges arising from railway network expansion.
You should have a Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least 4 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level. Possession of Corporate Membership of the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers or other professional institutions and knowledge of signalling / telecom systems or project management are advantages.
Appointment will be made on two-year contract terms.
