This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Design and develop Airport Operation and Management related curriculum of training courses in the areas of Terminal, Airfield, Retail, Project and Maintenance Management, etc.
Develop and establish new policies and guidelines for course development
Synthesize and consolidate course content and corresponding materials based on input from subject matter experts with the usage of different kinds of interactive media types
Devise a “Manual for Course Design and Development” for internal use
Conduct periodic trainings and briefings for AA staff with contents of course design and development
Degree holder in Instructional Design, Education, Language, Communication or Training related disciplines
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant working experience in training and course design in the aviation industry or related area
Previous experiences with ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS methodologies is an advantage
Strong organizational skills with the ability to self-manage workload and prioritize tasks
Analytical, proactive, able to work independently and under pressure
Effective communication, presentation and report writing skills
Proficiency in English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
