A Private Equity firm who focuses on providing strategic, financial support for companies who are at the growing stage in Greater China is looking for an Investment Associate to join their firm
Our client is mainly focusing in Retail, Internet and Consumer sectors in Great China and seeks long term success of the companies they engages with as they are keen to build significant value
- On potential investments and monitor the performance of existing portfolio companies. Draft investment memorandums and other investment documents. Participate in meetings with potential investees
- To provide financial advice to clients about various financial matters including mergers & acquisitions, capital and debt management, privatization, etc. Liaise with accountants, lawyers, and regulatory bodies
This is a position which requires strong Financial Modeling skill with good interpersonal and presentational skills with native Mandarin fluent English. You will also be a good team player who innovates and looks for new solutions to existing problems.
